This module enables the field activity management to manage, in real time, field technicians' workload and planning and to monitor field technicians' activities and work orders status

• Team management: constitution and competences, intervention area, vehicle and materials, absences, etc.
• Alarms: priorities, delay with the loading of the WO, delay with the launching of measurements, etc.
• Invoicing: parameter setting by price, markets, batches, activities, standardized durations, etc. and extractions for export towards the existing billing system
• Editions : performances in progress, field activities history, quality indicators, etc.
• Dispatching screen: filters for posting the activities by market, area, team, activity, equipment, WO status, product, day or period, visualization of the workloads at D, D+N, graphical follow-up of workloads at D, D+N  graphical follow-up of WO status
• Administration: access rights, login, passwords

• Reception and dematerialization of WO: WO are directly transmitted from the operator's IS (CRM) to a reception area, via web or Intranet and are then analyzed for a consistency check. The relevant data are extracted to be sent on the dispatching tool (activity management module)
• WO dispatching: dispatching can be entirely automatic (WO are affected according to 3 sort keys:  geographical position, competence of the team, SLA), semi-automatic or manual
• WO re-dispatching: re-dispatching of the WO on the technician's request to activity management
• Assignement of the WO D, D+1, on the fly
• Adjournment of the WO
• Real time follow up of the WO progression: detailed follow-up with status modifications, day and time capture
• WO closing: directly by the technician on his PDA or by the activity management. A coherence control indicates all the defects of the closing compared to the used procedures
