It includes  FTTH equipment management, intervention management by appointment and recovery of data collected on the field

• Management of the interventions by appointment
• Facility management: referral and monitoring
• Integration of information on measures and tests in the activity report
• Establishment of a database on the fiber network cabling

The application meets the specific needs of FTTH material management and inventory of FTTH facilities:

Processing equipment management: View status of the outstanding stock, with identification of material (from the supplier, shipped by technicians in stock, customer premises) Entry interface (scanning) Manual or automatic management Exports data in Excel format: global stock, equipment historical Viewing the list of equipment assigned to a team Entering manual or automatic (scanning) of: serial number of equipment, MAC address, type of equipment, current location of equipment (supplier, store inventory, embedded, installed), delivery order code, history,  movements

Summary of actions and data & measures transmission when closing the WO:

• Architecture: equipment, splitter, floor box, horizontal and vertical BPI, POP
• Equipment: Serial number, MAC address
• Measurements: optical power at the plug, optical power to floor box, No., PBO
• Additional items: capturing the presence of equipment at the customer of the subscriber
• Subscriber ID
