Cintel, expert in Telecommunications processes , has developed, for Telco operators and their subcontractors specific tools dedicated to the copper access network O&M :

- Terminal Multi-Service (TMS) : It replaces all usual field engineer’s tools for electrical measurements and performs the whole range of line tests in just one command

- T-ADSL : the ADSL box detects the ADSL carrier in Silent Mode and performs synchronization tests with the DSLAM to measure the line’s characteristics

Cintel’s solution is already used by 1000 field field engineers in France over 21 production sites, representing more than 1,5 million work orders completed yearly.
