TraceIS mobility module, with data transfer in real time, enables processing of the data from the order taking (CRM) to the IS update

The mobility module is embedded on a mobile communicating tool type PDA, PC or Smartphone and can in real time receive, automatically enhance and assemble the information  to the information system of the order giver

Detailed functions of the module:

Synchronization with the server: download the workload, update in real time Presentation of its workload to the technician: planning of the day presentation with summary of actions to be done WO download: download the entire contents of the WO (details of work, address, history, results of previous actions or statements, provided supplies, etc..) Tests monitoring, measurements and treatments Entering Comments: technical reviews, adequacy of safety statement, customer reviews Quote: preparation of specifications directly on the PDA and client's signature (acceptance of billing) WO closing: the clising will generate a report of intervention which will describe the contents and outcome of intervention Electronic transmission of the report of intervention to the activity management
