TraceIS data acquisition module can capitalize on information reported by the technician as part of its interventions

The data gathered during the field intervention constitute a basis for auditable evidence on the content and results of intervention

 Detailed functions of the module:

- Measures : analog and ADSL measures on access copper networks,
- Records : counter, delivery, etc.
- Acquisition of data : equipment, photographs, barcodes, etc..
- Geo-location and recording data measured or identified
- Qualification of facilities and resources of the results to a dedicated database

The results of measurements and their timestamps are transfered in real time to the data center and allow TraceIS
:

  • To control the process of intervention, the level of SLA in the case of sub-contractors, and to monitor the performance of internal teams

  • To establish an auditable proof of the intervention and its outcome

  • To establish a baseline and implement a supervisor of quality and an efficient preventive maintenance
  • To build a repository network in geo-positioning equipments. These data can then be transferred into a GIS (Geographic Information System)
