FRANCE TELECOM selects FIABILYS to optimize its access network
FIABILYS is the turnkey solution designed and commercialized by Cintel, providing a qualification solution for the twisted pairs (status and broadband capability) and the line plant technical database purification.
France Telecom has run a 3 years field test in 7 out of its 28 regions (continental and overseas), and has concluded that the solution is both effective and profitable and decided to deploy Fiabilys over the whole country.
Providing a purification ratio of 95 % after the first run, France Telecom targets an optimization of its access network assets, through identification and recovery of twisted pairs considered bad or busy in its databases.
